Booking Refund Policy – Mode & Duration
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the written cancellation request; however, the length of time required for the funds to be credited to your account is determined by your financial institution. Please check with your financial institution on their specific rules regarding returned or refunded transactions.

I. Astroport Sariska does not accept any liability for any failure in compliance of these Terms & Conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
II. If Astroport Sariska waives any rights available to it under these Terms & Conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.
III. If any of these Conditions are invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining Conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.
IV. You are completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the Site.
