PET POLICY

 At Astroport Sariska, we understand that your dog is just as much a part of the family as other members. We’re thrilled to be a pet-friendly hotel chain in India and welcome dogs up to 40 pounds in select rooms. In order to ensure that all of our visitors have an enjoyable stay, we ask that guests traveling with their four-legged friends sign the policy below upon check-in

  • Dogs and cats are considered “pets”.
  • Charges for accommodating the Pet is INR 699/-.
  • Pet’s vaccinations should be up-to-date and he or she is free of fleas or ticks.
  • Pets must wear a collar and leash and it will be the owner’s responsibility to have it at their reach.
  • Guests must contact the housekeeping department to arrange a convenient time for servicing their rooms. Housekeeping will not enter a room with an unattended pet inside.
  • Pets must be clean, flea and tick-free, and up to date with their vaccines and deworming.
  • Pets are not allowed in any food and beverage outlets, and pool areas of the Resort. 
  • Any damage caused by the pet is the responsibility of its owner. The space and peace of the other guests must be respected always.
  • The guest must agree to clean up after his/her pet and properly dispose of any waste
  • Pets cannot be ON the beds and furniture.
  • If the guest is going outside the Resort, the pet won’t stay alone in the room unless in a cage.
  • All the damages caused inside the rooms will be covered in full by the owner before the checkout.
  • The Resort is not responsible for the pets staying here, it is only and exclusively the owner’s responsibility.
  • The Resort needs to be notified prior to the arrival. A request for any other type of pet needs to be addressed to the hotel via email,

 Declaration by the Guest (to be collected at the time of check-in):

  • I accept full responsibility for any liability arising from my pet (pet damage or personal injury to Resort, Resort staff, guest, third party or property).
  • I acknowledge that I have been informed of Astroport  Sariska’s pet-friendly policies and procedures.
  • I am aware that I may be responsible for additional fees if damage, excessive noise, and/or flea infestation occurs during my stay.
