Resort’s Terms & Conditions

1. Guest should come prepared to experience the beautiful countryside, greenery and rural life around.

2. In our endeavor to promote eco-tourism and save paper, we don’t provide newspapers, note pads and plastic water bottles in guest rooms.

3. We don’t recommend Astroport Sariska to travelers who are looking to party here and want to play loud music, as it is strictly not allowed.

4. Outside purchased liquor/food is not allowed in any public areas.

5. Non-resident guests are not permitted to enter the guest rooms.

6. Guests in a swimming pool should be with a proper swimming costume, the hotel has right to stop guest to enter the pool without he/she wearing proper swimming costumes.

7. Chewing and spitting gutka/tobacco is strictly prohibited in the resort.

8. We are a pet-friendly resort and you may witness some beautiful, well-behaved 4 legged creatures around.

9. Hookah, Gambling, contraband, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, drugs, and pungent food are strictly prohibited in resort premises.

10. We do not have in room dinning facility and television available in the rooms as resort aims are to rejuvenate yourself in nature’s lap, however high-speed Wi-Fi is available in the rooms & public areas.

11. We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to the use and assignment of all information regarding Site uses by you and all information provided by you in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.

12. You are completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the Site.

13. Christmas and New Year’s gala dinners at the resort will be mandatory, and can be paid on arrival (terms and conditions apply).

14. To return to the Site, click where you desire. By doing so, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

As mentioned above, our resort is a concept based and all our guests come to us for a getaway from the city hustle & bustle and want to enjoy the peace and tranquility around and that’s the reason we have a policy on what we allow and what we don’t. We want you to please understand our principle so that your stay with us is a memorable experience and without any disappointments.
